About
Her path began in 2012 with a placement at the Cancer Hospital I of Brazil’s National Cancer Institute in Rio de Janeiro. Caring for cancer patients, both in hospital and as outpatients, convinced her that the way forward is to nourish body and mind as naturally as possible — and that simple things are the most valuable.
She completed her professional placement at Coimbra Paediatric Hospital and, from 2014 to 2017, worked with overweight and obese adults at clinics and pharmacies in Lisbon and the Algarve. A mother since 2018, she has since devoted herself, with particular care, to supporting women preparing for a baby, during pregnancy and after birth.
A nature lover, in her consultations she favours natural, sustainable eating, with fewer ultra-processed foods and additives. Her mission is to inspire and help each person make food choices and lifestyle changes that benefit their health, with the integrative approach she gained from her training in Functional Nutrition.
