About
She grew up in the countryside, close to nature and the rhythm of the seasons — seeing how food was grown and harvested, in tune with its seasonality. One of her earliest memories is leafing through her father’s book on healthy eating, before she could even read.
Over the years she came to see the real impact of food on health and illness, on sport and on every stage of life — and that curiosity became her profession.
At FACELAB she combines clinical nutrition with areas she is passionate about, such as women’s health and aesthetic nutrition, in a multidisciplinary team where sharing knowledge across specialties is part of the care. She is always keen to hear the story of each person she sees.
“Do good. It will come back to you in unexpected ways.”
Areas of interest
Assessing and optimising nutritional status, and support for conditions such as excess weight, insulin resistance, diabetes or high cholesterol.
A calmer relationship with food: hunger and fullness, emotional eating and habits that last day to day, without restrictive diets.
Plans tailored to each person’s training and goals — from body composition to recovery and performance — with experience supporting athletes.
Eating to support skin health and aesthetic treatments, and nutritional support for lipoedema, working with the medical team.
Polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, cycle changes and menopause: food as part of the care at every stage.
From preconception to pregnancy and postpartum, and through the first 1,100 days of life — including breastfeeding and starting solids.
Balanced eating while growing up, lunchboxes, picky eating and weight management in children and teenagers.
